Meet the Team at Parkway Family Dental

Monali Haldankar, DMD

Owner and Dentist

Dr. Monali currently serves the Louisville Dental Society as Vice President. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in both biology and psychology from the University of Louisville in 2015. She then completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2019 and continued her education with advanced training in general dentistry at NYU Langone Hospitals in 2020.

In August 2022, Dr. Monali took over the practice and has loved every moment since. She enjoys working with her friendly team to ensure patients receive the best care possible. For her, the most rewarding part of her job is getting to know her patients and hearing their stories while helping them improve their oral health.

Outside of work, Dr. Monali is a huge Louisville Cardinals fan and loves traveling, especially to visit her mom and sister in Seattle. She also enjoys baking and finds organizing to be a relaxing hobby. Fun fact: she shares a birthday with tennis star Roger Federer!

Dr. Rachel Bonsignore

Associate Dentist

Dr. Rachel Bonsignore is an associate dentist who joined Parkway Family Dental in the fall of 2024. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Capital University and graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2023. Dr. Meier started her journey in dentistry as a front desk assistant in 2018, and her passion for the field only grew from there. 

She is dedicated to fostering a fun and supportive team environment where everyone works together to enhance patient care. Dr. Bonsignore enjoys making patients feel comfortable and included, ensuring they feel part of the team working to meet their oral health needs.

Outside of work, Dr. Rachel loves reading, thrifting, and exploring new restaurants in Louisville. She also has a unique passion for candles and is constantly searching for new scents to fill her home. A fun fact about Dr. Rachel is that she grew an inch taller during dental school!

Cris

Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

Cris began her dental journey in 2022, she joined our practice December 2024. She is passionate about patient care and oral health. She quickly became known for her attentiveness, professionalism, and warm demeanor in the office. Outside of work, Cris enjoys staying active at the gym and spending time with her two beloved pets Pablo and Banana. Her dedication to personal growth and her positive, energetic outlook reflect both in her career and everyday life

Kristie

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kristie has been a dental hygienist since 2015 and joined Parkway Family Dental in 2023. With a passion for patient care, she strives to make every appointment as comfortable and fun as possible and helps her patients feel at ease. She’s especially proud when she’s made a positive impact on her patients’ health and has helped them regain the confidence to smile again. 

She earned her education at the University of Louisville and chose the dental field because she loves people and wanted a career that allows her to care for others while building lasting relationships.

A proud mom of two kids, Kristie also has two dogs and is an active member of her church. Outside of work, she enjoys camping and traveling. As an experienced photographer, she also enjoys capturing weddings, family portraits, events, and more.

Anna

Hygienist

Anna graduated from Bluegrass Community and Technical College in 2023 and began working at Parkway Family Dental shortly after. She loves making her patients laugh and bringing a positive attitude to every appointment. For Anna, the most rewarding part of her job is seeing how patients improve their oral health over time. She also enjoys working with a team that feels like family and makes each day fun.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys reading, crafting, hiking, going to concerts, and spending time with her two cats, Poppy and Lilo. She also has a passion for baking, which is one of her favorite hobbies.

Madisyn

Office Manager

Since joining the dental field in 2022, Madisyn has been a key part of keeping our practice running smoothly as the office manager. She's always on top of things, from welcoming patients at check-in to handling scheduling or planning office events. One of her favorite parts of her job is getting to know new patients and making a positive impact on their day. She loves working with a team that shares the same passion for providing excellent care and making Parkway a welcoming place.

Outside of work, Madisyn enjoys traveling, hiking, shopping, and antiquing with her mom. A fun fact about Madisyn is that she can say the alphabet backward.

Lindsey

Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

Lindsey is an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant who joined our team with a strong
commitment to patient care. She completed her education at the University of Kentucky
and earned her EDDA certification in 2023. Born and raised in Kentucky, she's
passionate about patient comfort, quality care, and helping others feel confident in their
smiles. Friendly, focused, and always learning, Lindsey brings both skill and heart to
every appointment.

Fun Fact: Outside the office, Lindsey is dedicated to maintaining an active lifestyle
through running and fitness, and she finds joy in baking homemade treats to share with
family and friends.

Miranda

Patient Coordinator

Miranda has been working in the health and dental care industry, starting in dentistry in 2017 and joining Parkway Family Dental in 2022. Her responsibilities include greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and keeping the office clean and organized. She received her education at Prosser during high school.

What Miranda loves most about her job is the sweet and supportive team she works with, as well as the kind and appreciative patients they help. She’s passionate about helping people regain confidence in their smiles.

In her spare time, Miranda enjoys relaxing by the water while listening to music and taking on home projects with her husband. Miranda's fun fact is that she used to play on a co-ed softball team.

Makayla

Insurance Coordinator

Makayla joined Parkway Family Dental in 2024 and is responsible for greeting patients, checking them in, and collecting payments. She received her training directly at the practice and enjoys the team’s camaraderie. Makayla especially loves the fun staff outings they have together.

She enjoys going to the gym, walking her dog, drawing, and playing video games in her spare time. A fun fact about Makayla is that she skipped the first grade!
